Meet Our Team

Matt has the right crew for your job. His core team has from about 10-16 people spread across many trades, in addition to 2nd or 3rd options at each trade, and also an extensive list of less frequent vendors and services.

Colorado Home Remodeling frequently engages with engineers, designers, and architects when needed. Not all of our jobs require these services, but they are at the ready when called upon. Planning documents can be very tailored to the needs of the job and the customer.

When the building inspector shows up, the three most scrutinized trades are Electric, Plumbing and HVAC. Matt has a Licensed Master Electrician, a Licensed Master Plumber, and a Licensed HVAC professional on speed dial, to keep city inspection issues to a minimum.

Whether it’s carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, concrete, electric, plumbing or HVAC, Matt has seasoned, experienced craftsmen in every capacity across almost any trade imaginable.

Matt

Owner

Matt loves his family, mountains and lakes, soccer and the World Cup, chess, reading, history, swimming, his dog, and the good feeling that comes from a finished remodeling project. He learned the fundamentals of remodeling and tools from his father in the 70’s and 80’s.

Susan

Office Manager

Susan grew up in Wyoming and later moved to Colorado where she fell in love with the beauty and splendor of the state. Susan is our high-energy Office Manager. She is responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services and business development duties, allowing us to operate efficiently. She has been involved in home services for over 20 years. When she isn’t working, she enjoys art and spending time with her friends, her family and their animals.

Shelly

Bookkeeper

Shelly grew up in Colorado, exploring its mountains and streams, and meandering through the Aspen in fall. She moved back to the midwest for a time, but in 2005 found her way back to the mountains and began attending Colorado State University where she earned her MA in English. Since then, you can find her writing technical documents for a software company, doing yoga and reading every chance she gets, pressing wildflowers, and trying to keep up with her active and rambunctious kiddos.

Daryk

Electrical Coordinator

Daryk has been in the electrical trade for a solid 20 years and holds a license. Among other projects, he has been instrumental in wiring a new hospital for the commercial business he worked for at the time. He is also deeply seasoned in residential remodeling. In his spare time he rides a motorcycle on dirt and street. He is an outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys time with his family and children.

Rogelio

HVAC Installation

Rogelio has been working in the HVAC trade since he was 18. Now, 15 years later he has his own HVAC company and does his best to keep every customer happy with his work. He has a wonderful wife and 3 amazing kids. In his free time, he likes to go on adventures with his family.
